A lawyer by training, Steven has been a leader in the Internet, telecom and media ecosystems. As a legislative assistant in the US Senate, an attorney-advisor at the Federal Communications Commission, and a senior executive at AOL, Time Warner Inc., and Time Warner Cable, Steven helped shape the policy and regulatory environment that provided the foundation for the digital revolution we now take for granted. He brings this deep experience and keen insights to the web3 space. Steven received a JD from the George Washington University Law School and a BA from Colby College.
